Remote Support
VibroSystM’s Remote Maintenance Contract ensures optimum monitoring system performance through a comprehensive maintenance schedule carried out by your staff supported by us. We take care of training your assigned employee(s) during ZOOM system commissioning, coordinating maintenance interventions on the system, organizing the shipping of the required material to perform the maintenance, providing documents to be filled out during the maintenance, compiling all the information into a complete maintenance report.
VibroSystM empowers you and your personnel with the necessary knowledge and training to maintain your ZOOM system. We will assist you in performing any routine tasks.
Technical Drawings
Through these comprehensive system drawings, you gain a holistic view of your ZOOM Monitoring System. The journey begins with sensor installation, progresses through cabling and the setup of instrumentation cabinets, and culminates with the seamless integration into the ZOOM server. Moreover, these drawings encompass all interfaces with the client's control systems, such as SCADA, PLC, and corporate networks. Serving as a vital tool for both planning and execution, these technical drawings offer guidance to all stakeholders involved in the installation process. Supervision of Installation
VibroSystM certified technicians have the responsibility to coordinate all installation activities. VibroSystM certified technicians will supervise the installation of all measuring chains (sensor positioning, junction box installation, and cable routing).
VibroSystM certified technicians will:
Ensure proper measuring chain operation after installation.
Supervise the installation of the monitoring cabinet.
VibroSystM’s technical support department provides a comprehensive installation report.
If applicable, the collected information will be reflected in the as-built drawings.
Commissioning
Commissioning is a crucial phase in the lifecycle of large rotating monitoring systems. It ensures that these systems are correctly set up and provide reliable data for predictive maintenance and operational optimization. Serving as the bridge between system implementation and machine diagnostics, commissioning is essential for achieving the ultimate goal of maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Based on the customer’s ZOOM system configuration and layout, VibroSystM’s certified technicians deliver a comprehensive training package for operating and maintaining the monitoring system. The training covers key elements such as:
